Brand Dashboard for Campaign Tracking

Modernizing the Peer Review Process

As the founding Product Designer at Yamuntu, I designed the first tool for creating an all-in-one platform that allows brands to track campaign performance, engage with creators, and analyze key metrics. This tool consolidates multiple aspects of influencer marketing into one seamless experience, making it easier for brands to monitor their campaigns, communicate with influencers, and make data-driven decisions.

Creating a functional MVP to elevate over time

The goal was to create the first MVP to test with our clients and improve over time, while ensuring key functionalities were available and ready for use. The initial focus was on providing an overview of all campaigns with key metrics such as engagement, traffic share, and sales generated, while also fostering connections between brands and creators.

Outcome and results

Over 50 campaigns were tracked through the dashboard, with real-time performance data and creator activity visible at every stage within the first 3 months. The Performance tab enabled brands to gain a clearer understanding of ROI, resulting in a 20% increase in campaign optimization actions, such as pausing low-performing collaborations or reallocating budget

Creator Insights and Collaboration Tools

In addition to tracking campaign performance, the dashboard allows brands to view and manage all participating creators in one place. Brands have access to a crators directory in which they can scout profiles and filter by typology. Each creator’s profile includes key audience data, such as demographics and engagement metrics, helping brands make informed decisions.
