Context
Yamuntu is a platform that connects brands with everyday creators to run authentic social media campaigns. As the company began scaling, it needed a way for brand partners to track the performance of campaigns, manage creators, and gain actionable insights — all from a central place.

Opportunity
Brand teams lacked transparency and control over the campaigns they launched. They needed a tool that could help them monitor performance in real-time, understand which creators were delivering value, and streamline collaboration across the marketing funnel.

My Role
As the founding Product Designer, I:
Led discovery through interviews with brand managers and internal teams to identify pain points and define success metrics
Collaborated with the CEO and CTO to define the product vision and roadmap for the dashboard
Mapped the end-to-end user journey of brand partners, from campaign setup to performance review
Designed the first version of the dashboard with campaign analytics, creator management, and campaign lifecycle tracking

Key Challanges
We were building the dashboard from scratch in a fast-paced startup environment with limited data, no existing infrastructure, and a need to balance the needs of both early adopter brands and internal campaign managers.
Under the Campaigns tab, clients can easily view a complete list of all their campaigns. They can see the number of Creators involved in a campaign and the number of user actively engaging in the campaign as interactions with contents and posts.
In addition to campaign listings, clients also have access to real-time updates on live campaign activity. This feature ensures that clients can monitor their campaigns’ performance as it unfold.









Outcome and results
Over 50 campaigns tracked within the first 3 months, with real-time visibility into performance and creator activity
Brands used the Performance tab to better understand ROI, leading to a 20% increase in optimization actions (e.g. pausing low-performing collaborations, reallocating budget)
Centralized creator management: brands could view and manage all participating creators in one place

The Performance tab enabled brands to gain a clearer understanding of ROI, resulting in a 20% increase in campaign optimization actions, such as pausing low-performing collaborations or reallocating budgetion to tracking campaign performance, the dashboard allows brands to view and manage all participating creators in one place.
Brands have access to a crators directory in which they can scout profiles and filter by typology. Each creator’s profile includes key audience data, such as demographics and engagement metrics, helping brands make informed decisions.
